The young music director, who has made his mark in the world of music, is all set to debut as hero.The 'Kolaveri' composer Anirudh will be playing the lead in 'Poda Podi' fame director Vignesh Sivan's film to be produced by Gautham Menon's 'Photon Kathas'.
The movie would be a rom-com and has been cheekily titled as 'Naanum Rowdydan'.
The composer shot to fame with the hit number, 'Why This Kolaveri Di', from '3' will also be scoring the music for the film apart from starring in it.
