Sunaina seems to have impressed director Seenu Ramasamy the director of Neerparavai, with her performance in the film.The director has now cast her again in his upcoming film which will have Vemal and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead.
"Sunaina will be paired opposite Vemal in the film. We are yet to finalize Vijay Sethupathi's pair," the director informed a leading English daily.
This is the first time the actress will be teaming up with Vemal. She was last seen in a cameo of sorts in the Vishal-Trisha-starrer Samar, which released this Pongal.
Seenu's untitled film will see him moving to a more commercial genre than his earlier two films.
The semi-rural action film is about two young men from different walks of life whose paths cross at one point in time and is has been developed out of a story by noted writer S Ramakrishnan.
Shooting for the film is expected to start in July.
