Anjali started to get into the groove by taking part in the unfinished shooting schedule of her upcoming Telugu film opposite Venkatesh. Anjali was in the news for all the wrong reasons in the recent past with her personal life hitting rock-bottom as the actress ‘quit’ her Chennai residence, left for Hyderabad and then disappeared all of a sudden.However, Anjali resurfaced after a few days and presented herself before the DCP (West), Hyderabad and explained that she had been to Mumbai to stay away from the crisis in her personal life. Prior to leaving for Hyderabad from Chennai, she had accused her aunty Barathi Devi and director-actor Kalanjiyam of conniving to swindle her properties.
She is presently starring in the Telugu remake of the Bollywood hit film Bol Bachchan wherein she plays the role essayed by Asin in the Hindi version. Venkatesh, who starred opposite Anjali in the recent hit film Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu which also had Mahesh Babu and Samantha as the other pair, is paired opposite Anjali for the second time in a row.
The film’s shoot was held at the Panchagni locality on the outskirts of Pune in the State of Maharashtra. Unit hands said Anjali’s face revealed no trace of her turbulent life in the past fortnight or so and said that she appeared as bubbly and as energetic as always.
