She entered the silver screen industry through the phenomenally successful hilarious movie, 'Tamizh Padam'. The actress who took off for a few years in lieu of her collegiate education, is now back again in action. She is currently shooting for Sreekandharaja in 'Chikki Mukki'. The director says that the story line of this movie is based on a real life story, which befell someone close to him. "The story revolves around an Indian couple in a foreign nation, where the lady is denied her husband's love, and is lured by another man" he says. Now this has called for Disha to appear bold and raunchy. It is said that she has even gone on to sport swimwear for song sequences. Looks like the little chick has grown into a hot babe! Most of the shooting is set to be canned in Malaysia.
